The Challenge

Founded in 1979 by Dr. Declan Herbert, Ashwood Medical Centre has been a cornerstone of its Dublin community for decades. In 2005, Dr. Maria Wilson joined the practice, later becoming principal in 2018.

With a vision to expand its reach and improve patient access, the centre decided it was time to establish a digital presence for the first time. The owners needed a brand identity and website that reflected their values of trust, care, and professionalism, while making healthcare services more accessible to the community.

Our Approach

At OWI (Operating With Integrity), we guided Ashwood Medical Centre through a complete digital transformation, starting with rebranding.

We worked closely with the staff to capture the ethos of the centre and designed:

  • A modern, professional logo rooted in medical symbolism.
  • A carefully chosen colour palette to convey trust and compassion.
  • Branding guidelines to maintain consistency across platforms.

From there, we developed a WordPress-powered website focused on usability and patient engagement. Key features included service overviews, intuitive navigation, and an online appointment booking system for added convenience.
