The Challenge

In the fast-moving hospitality industry, staffing can be unpredictable — with irregular shifts, seasonal surges, no-shows, and sudden sick days creating serious management challenges.

Get the Shifts recognised this gap and set out to transform staffing for bars, restaurants, stadiums, festivals, and hospitality events. But internally, they faced operational inefficiencies:

  • Departments relied on outdated systems.
  • Information sharing was slow and fragmented.
  • Tracking KPIs and performance data was cumbersome.

They needed a centralised web-based solution that would allow both clients and staff to manage shifts, bookings, and profiles seamlessly.

Our Approach

At OWI (Operating With Integrity), we developed a bespoke web application tailored specifically for Get the Shifts’ needs.

The platform was designed to:
