The Challenge

Nestled on the picturesque West End of Negril, Jamaica, The Cliff Hotel is a luxury retreat that blends genuine Jamaican hospitality with a laid-back Caribbean lifestyle.

While the hotel offered a world-class guest experience on-site, its digital presence did not reflect the same level of quality. The existing website:

  • Suffered from poor loading speeds (6% mobile, 18% desktop on PageSpeed Insights).
  • Provided a subpar user experience, limiting engagement.
  • Needed a visual refresh to align with the hotel’s brand and luxury offering.
